1. Lights Out
Say hello to the ST. ALi Jaffa Twist: a silky chocolate espresso cream floating over bright orange juice. It’s the nostalgic Aussie Jaffa, reimagined in a glass with a coffee kick.
Ingredients:
- 50g ST. ALi Drinking Chocolate
- 50g water
- 50g cooled espresso (choose your favourite blend)
- 50g thickened cream
- 100ml orange juice
- Ice
Optional flair: Add a ribbon of orange zest or a light dusting of cocoa for extra indulgence.
Method:

Chocolate syrup base
Blend the drinking chocolate with water until glossy and smooth. -
Espresso cream layer
Stir together the syrup, cooled espresso, and cream. Keep chilled, then whip (or shake vigorously in a cocktail shaker) until it’s thick but still pourable. -
Assemble the Jaffa Twist
Fill a glass with ice. Pour in the orange juice, then crown it with the chocolate espresso cream.
Refreshing, rich, and a little bit cheeky — this is ST. ALi’s spin on dessert in a glass.
2. Coffee Coconut Lamington Milkshake
An Aussie classic and match made in heaven. Chocolate, coconut and coffee blended with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate caffeinated treat. Easy to make and even easier to devour. A lil’ bit naughty, a lot nostalgic.
Ingredients:
- Double shot of Orthodox (or your favourite blend)
- 150ml coconut milk
- 35ml chocolate syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- Optional: cacao powder for dusting
Pro tip: For an even richer flavour, use chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla, or go half-and-half for the best of both worlds.
Method:
- Brew your double shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
- Add all ingredients to a blender - espresso, coconut milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla ice cream.
- Blend until silky smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a dusting of cacao (if you're feeling fancy).
3. Cold Brew Ginger Spritz

What you need:
- 80ml Feels Good cold brew
- 80ml ginger beer
- Lime wedge
How to Make It:
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in cold brew and top with ginger beer.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a fresh lime wedge and enjoy.
