Refund policy
www.swisstrade.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 5 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. All returns are made at the discretion of www.swisstrade.com.au. If we’re unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we’ll arrange either a credit note (for invoice payments) or a refund (for credit card payments), upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Goods need to be unopened, in their original packaging. A return/handling fee will apply.
We comply with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law to offer remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.
