Kimpton Margot Sydney
After the purchase of the Primus Hotel in 2021, Pro-Invest Group refurbished the 172 room hotel to offer a new level of luxury for the first Kimpton in Sydney.
Swisstrade worked closely with the Pro-Invest team to create new touch points and experiences in the guest room through the supply and fit out of various products and amenities, including:

The Surf Hotel, Yamba NSW
Yamba's only boutique beachfront hotel opening in September 2021 with a distinctive curved facade and sophisticated yet relaxed coastal experience.
Swisstrade begun working closely with the Owners representative in May 2020 on this gorgeous 12 room refurbishment, adding beautiful touch points such as Leif bathroom amenities, Bemboka cotton bathrobes and bed throws, Seedling Sole Biodegradable Slippers plus specialised room equipment to compliment the modern coastal vibe of the well detailed interiors.

Next Hotel, Melbourne
Located in the Melbourne’s couture and historical equestrian district (Little Collins), Next Hotel opened its doors during the Covid pandemic. The 304 room hotel was designed by the well-known Paul Wiste for Next Story Group, Singapore. No detail was compromised.
At least 2 years prior to it’s initial opening Swisstrade was engaged locally (Australian team) and regionally (Singapore based Paul Wiste) to specify, design, source and create a schedule and customised collection of guest room OS&E. From the horse motif tissue boxes in the bathrooms to natural looking unvarnished coat hangers, there was great investment of time in making sure the materials, colours and finishes were right, not just alright.
The end product, is now one of Melbourne’s and Australia’s leading hotels.....we won’t tell you about the main restaurant or aged spirit rooms, as you need to experience for yourself. In short, we visit every time we travel to Melbourne.
The key brands we delivered to the project were Absolute Lifestyle and JVD.
Hotel Inn Express
We have had the privilege of partnering with HIEX in Australia from the launch day of this exciting new brand. Starting with the very first property at Macquarie Park Sydney to the latest opening on the Sunshine Coast – and 6 more properties in between – we have been contributory in maintaining IHG brand standards and at the same time helping the owner, deliver a unique and innovative product that has set new standards in the mid-scale segment.
The Quarters, Forresters Beach NSW
The Quarters on the Central Coast was born after a multi-million dollar motel refurbishment of Forresters Beach Resort.
Re-opening in November 2021, the hotel offers the perfect weekend escape with tropical gardens & pool, curated coastal guest rooms, a grand ballroom for events, fine dining restaurant and on site self-care treatment Clinic You by Dr Shauna Watts.
Swisstrade was thrilled to work closely with the Quarters property owner & team to deliver key guest experiences through carefully selected and premium room supplies.

Hotel Steyne Sydney, Manly Beach
The iconic Manly hotel underwent a $3.5 million refurbishment of 42 rooms in 2020. This allowed the hotel to rebrand as a 4.5 star property with ocean view suites and luxurious furnishings.
Swisstrade was involved in the full OS&E fit for the guest rooms supplying products from JVD, Wagen, Bemboka, Eloura, Pod & Parcel and T2.
Pier One Sydney Harbour, Autograph Collection
Pier One undertook a $10 million dollar refurbishment that was completed in 2019. The result is a luxurious, yet accessible offering for guests looking for a distinctively Sydney experience right on Sydney Harbour.
Swisstrade was involved in the full OS&E fit-out for the guest rooms supplying items such as kettles, ironing boards, room accessories, hair dryers, bins and bathrobes.
Some of the brands supplied include JVD, Dyson, Ascolia and Bemboka.
W Brisbane
One of Marriott International’s leading and most recognised luxury brands made a return to Australia mid-2018. Situated on the Brisbane River, W Brisbane ownership engaged leading Interior Designer Nic Graham to curate and bring to life a masterpiece for the senses.
Swisstrade worked closely with W Brisbane’s opening Executive Team to bring together Conference & Event Equipment, guest room appliances and accessories, and most excitingly a customised collection of lifestyle accessories for the room and public area bathrooms.
Key brands Swisstrade supplied include JVD, Absolute Lifestyle and Deson.
William Inglis Hotel (MGallery by Sofitel, Accor)
One of Accor Pacific’s most loved experience brand hotels, M Gallery, came to Western Sydney in 2018 at the Warwick Farm, titled William Inglis Hotel. An Equestrian themed property allowed all involved to deliver something beautiful.
In collaboration with Chada and the owners’ procurement partner, Swisstrade walked through the guest’s journey in the property to bring the hotel room experience to life and reinforce the brand. A sense of Australian country, racing history and level of renowned quality was delivered using leading JVD appliances and “the bush” inspired leatherette accessories.

InterContinental Perth City Centre
InterContinental Perth City Centre reopened in December 2017 after an extensive refurbishment. Working with local and international Interior Designers, Swisstrade supplied the guest room minibars, safes, small appliances and accessories. From hairdryers to hangers to faux tortoiseshell amenity trays and tissue boxes.
The highlight of the project was the custom lifestyle accessories which showcased how important memorable and beautiful guest touch-points were to the owners and interior designers.
Two of the key manufacturing and design partners we worked with were Absolute Lifestyle (Hong Kong) and JVD Technologies (Singapore / France). A critical point of value to the client was through the design phase of Lifestyle Accessories where the Designers at Absolute Lifestyle produced and evolved the product design to suit their evolving vision to the room décor.
Marriott Momi Bay Resort, Fiji
This 250-room resort opened in April 2017, featuring 22 over-water Bure style villas and a state-of-the-art function and events centre.
In partnership with the appointed procurement practice, Swisstrade was engaged to deliver the comprehensive OS&E packages across guest rooms, housekeeping, kitchenware and tabletop.
The pinnacle of this mayor turn-key project was the provision of leading banqueting and events equipment, all within the operators brand standards and budget.
