Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure periods) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping will be applied upon reaching the minimum order value for your postcode. Bulky goods will incur an additional fee and are not eligible for free shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product selection. Standard shipping for stocked product may take between 2-14 business days. Dropship orders will be shipped directly from our supply partner with unique lead times as specified on the product page, at checkout and within the order confirmation email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order status email notification with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
