Kettle maintenance is important. Over time the build-up of limestone minerals, found in hard water, will result in the kettle scaling and stains. With regular maintenance, you can extend the life of your hotel room kettles.
The JVD Descaling Powder uses a natural citric acid to clean the kettle. It is 100% biodegradable, odourless and simple to use.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill 3/4 of the kettle with clean water
Add a sachet of descaler (15gm) into the kettle and boil the kettle
After boiling, if the kettle looks clean, empty the water
Reboil the kettle with clean water and and rinse thoroughly
If the kettle base has stubborn limescale stains, leave the boiled water in the kettle for 30 minutes before emptying and refill with clean water to boil again and rinse thoroughly
